Despite the challenges of war: BGV and SAGA have completed the first BOSTON Creative House tower
BGV Development and SAGA Development have completed construction on and commissioned their first joint project – a 25-story tower at the BOSTON Creative House residential complex in Kyiv’s Pochaina neighborhood. Despite the full-scale war, the partners continued construction and fulfilled their commitments for the project’s first phase.
BOSTON Creative House is a new residential development in Kyiv’s Obolonskyi district at 14 General Handziuk Street. The project consists of two 25-story towers with 610 apartments. The complex also includes the Circle aparthotel with 382 apartments, underground and above-ground parking for 270 cars, a car-free courtyard, and extensive amenities. The first phase includes one completed tower with 305 apartments and 17 two-level apartments.
“This is the first project we are delivering together with SAGA Development, and it is important to us that this partnership has produced a tangible result,” said Maksym Kovalenko, CEO of BGV Development. “Our ability to quickly adapt operations to challenging conditions, use alternative power sources, and strengthen the team on site allowed us to keep construction moving and maintain our pace. By the time the first tower was commissioned, 96% of its apartments had been sold. For us, sustainable development means being able to keep our commitments regardless of circumstances, be a reliable partner, and see a project through to the end.”
The next phase will be to complete the second tower and build out all the planned amenities at BOSTON Creative House. The complex will include a medical center, a school and a preschool operated by MRIYDIY, a padel club, a Smartass fitness center, a Spaces coworking space, a BACKSTAGE beauty salon, and an event hall. The plans also include restaurants and retail spaces, including Spelta, shared-use spaces, and parking.
