Our team currently has a vacancy for “Legal Consultant”. We are looking for a specialist who will strengthen the company’s legal function and join the support of the Group’s business areas.

Main tasks:

• contractual work and preparation of legal documents;
• preparation of documents related to the acquisition (alienation) of movable/immovable property/corporate rights;
• interaction with state bodies, notaries and third parties;
• maintenance and systematization of corporate documents;
• support of internal document flow and other technical processes;
• analysis of judicial practice;
• work with state registers and databases;
• conducting legal audits.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher legal education;
• 1 year of work experience as an In-House lawyer;
• practical experience in contractual work and preparation of legal documents;
• knowledge of corporate, civil and commercial legislation of Ukraine;
• Confident command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Attention to detail, systematicity, responsibility Ability to work with a large volume of documents and meet deadlines.
