BGV Group Management is looking for an Investment Manager to support the implementation of key investment and M&A projects of BGV.

Main responsibilities

• Management and coordination of investment and M&A transactions from the NBO/LOI stage to the closing of the deal;
• Preparation and review of financial models, investment memoranda and business valuations;
• Coordination of due diligence processes (technical, financial, legal) with the involvement of international consultants and auditors;
• Support of project financing processes and interaction with international financial institutions (IFIs);
• Preparation of presentations and materials for decision-making for the Supervisory Board and external investors;
• Monitoring “plan/fact”, tracking KPIs and analyzing the implementation of the investment program;
• Development of proposals for capital structure, dividend policy and financing strategies.

Basic requirements:

• Full higher education (economics, finance, investments, business administration or related fields);
• 3-5 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, M&A or strategy (consulting / Big4 / investment companies / large corporations);
• English — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;
• Professional certifications (CFA / ACCA / CIMA) will be an advantage.
