Assistant Manager
Currently, the head office of the Management Company is looking for a colleague for the position of “Assistant Manager” to provide administrative support to the Board of Directors (3 managers).
The main responsibilities will be:
- Planning and coordinating the meeting schedules of the Board of Directors Members;
- Meeting and coordinating guests;
- Preparing the meeting room for meetings;
- Collecting documents from employees and signing them in the Board of Directors;
- Coordination of the courier’s work on internal and external documentation;
- Recording decisions made at meetings;
- Carrying out personal instructions of the Board of Directors Members;
- Working with Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Office 365 documents.

- Work exclusively in the office at the address: 6 Panas Myrnogo St. (Pechersk or Arsenalna);
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 9:30 to 18:30;
