In connection with the publication of a piece by Ukrainska Pravda and the circulation of comments concerning my name, I consider it necessary to provide an official clarification in order to prevent any manipulation or misinterpretation.

I categorically and unequivocally state: no one has personally approached me with any requests or proposals regarding the posting of bail for Oleksii Chernyshov. I have not contributed any portion of the bail — neither officially nor in any other way. Any statements, assumptions, or interpretations regarding my financial or any other involvement in this process are not true.

As a person who has operated transparently in the business sphere for many years, a co-owner of one of the largest businesses in Ukraine, and one of the country’s major investors and taxpayers, I am aware of the level of public and political attention to my activities. That is precisely why I consider it essential to respond openly to any information triggers that may affect my reputation or mislead the public.
