BGV Group Management has announced a partnership with Ukrainian boxer Kira Makohonenko, one of the country’s most promising young athletes. On June 10, BGV founder Gennadii Butkevych and the athlete officially sealed the partnership, confirming the reached agreements. 

Since June 2026, BGV has been officially supporting Kira Makohonenko in her professional development and athletic growth. Kira is considered one of Ukraine’s most promising female boxers, a European Junior Champion, multiple-time Ukrainian champion, and an athlete with extensive international competition experience. She is regarded as one of the leading young talents in Ukrainian women’s boxing and a potential future Olympian. 

Through this partnership, the company will help ensure the conditions necessary for the athlete’s training, participation in national and international competitions, and preparation for key world-class events.

Kira Makohonenko is a Ukrainian boxer born in 2008 in Kharkiv. She is the 2021 European Junior Champion, the silver medalist of the 2023 European Junior Championships, and a multiple-time Ukrainian boxing champion. 

Kira represents Ukraine at international competitions and is considered one of the strongest and most promising athletes of her generation in women’s boxing. In 2026, she made her professional boxing debut, securing victory in her first professional bout.
