BGV Development, part of the BGV Group Management investment group, is bringing the ZHYTO Shopping and Entertainment Center to Boiarka. Spanning about 24,000 square meters, it will rank among the largest shopping and entertainment malls in the Kyiv region. The project will offer retail, entertainment, and community spaces, creating a convenient destination for the daily needs of nearly half a million residents across the region.

Residents of Boiarka and nearby towns will have access to major retail chains, services, restaurants, and entertainment options without having to travel to Kyiv. The center will offer more than 16,000 square meters of retail and commercial space. It will feature international and Ukrainian brands, a supermarket, electronics retailers, fashion stores, restaurants and cafés, family entertainment venues, and children’s attractions. The project also includes more than 600 parking spaces, both underground and surface, along with landscaping and green public areas around the complex.

The project is designed as a modern Community Lifestyle Center — a family-oriented regional destination set to become the go-to hub for Boiarka and surrounding communities. Its signature will be a sculpted façade with a flowing golden ribbon inspired by waves of ripe wheat moving in the wind. It symbolizes the area’s connection to its agricultural heritage.

Projects of this scale typically take between 18 and 24 months to complete.

The Boiarka project is the next step in expanding the ZHYTO shopping center network, which BGV Development is developing across Ukraine. The company continues to invest in modern retail infrastructure, helping bring new services to local communities, attract national and international brands, and create jobs.

In April 2025, BGV Development opened the first ZHYTO shopping center in Zhytomyr. The project’s success confirmed strong demand for modern retail infrastructure in Ukraine. Today, the center welcomes around 120,000 visitors each month. The project also created more than 180 jobs.
