SAGA Development and BGV Development announce the joint relaunch of the large-scale OZON Concept House project — a modern business-class residential complex in the heart of Kyiv.

OZON Concept House will consist of four multifunctional buildings in the Pechersk district, combining expressive architecture — cascading terraces, dominant towers, and a dialogue with the surrounding landscape, with a high quality of life, thoughtfully designed amenities, social infrastructure, and public spaces.

The project stands out for its ambitious engineering and technological solutions, use of premium materials, green rooftop terraces, and innovations designed for residents’ comfort.

By joining forces, SAGA Development’s expertise in real estate and BGV Development’s investment and management experience create a strong foundation for new-generation projects that meet the demands of modern urban development and set new standards for Kyiv’s residential infrastructure.

Despite the full-scale war and a general slowdown in new construction across Ukraine, OZON Concept House symbolizes the revival of the industry and confidence in the capital’s future growth. The project is also significant because its relaunch will resolve issues for more than 50 investors who invested in the site over 15 years ago under a previous developer.

For both SAGA Development and BGV Development, this initiative represents an important step in reviving the quality housing market and demonstrating their readiness to realize ambitious ideas even in times of high risk.
