Equides Villas cottage town wins European Property Award

Posted on 28/10/2025 by News Manager | 29 Views

BGV Development’s Equides Villas cottage town has received a European Property Award — an international mark of quality and professional recognition in the real estate sector. The final ceremony, featuring the best developers in Europe, traditionally took place in London on October 23.

Equides Villas won in the category Residential Development 20+ Units Ukraine, confirming the project’s high standards in construction, architectural design, and planning, as well as the innovative approach of the BGV Development team.

“We are proud that our project has been recognized at such a prestigious international level. This not only highlights our team’s professionalism but also underscores the potential of Ukrainian development on the global stage,” said Maksym Kovalenko, CEO of BGV Development.

The European Property Awards form the European segment of the International Property Awards, which annually celebrates outstanding architectural, design, and development projects worldwide. Winners are selected by an independent jury of experts in architecture, design, and real estate.

Equides Villas is a premium-class cottage town located in Lisnyky village, Kyiv region, just 13 km from central Kyiv. The project envisions 51 villas of various layouts with a total living area exceeding 5,000 sq. m. Construction began in late 2024, with completion planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The villas are being built next to Equides Club, a country park and hotel complex that includes a golf club, equestrian club, paddle courts, SPA, restaurant, and other leisure facilities — creating a comprehensive recreational environment. The project incorporates innovative planning, design, and spatial solutions, making it one of the most prestigious premium-class residential complexes in Ukraine.

For reference:

The International Property Awards is a global competition recognizing excellence in real estate, development, architecture, interior design, and marketing across both residential and commercial sectors. The winners are determined by an expert panel of independent judges. The awards are distributed by region — including Africa, Asia-Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Winning this award is a significant international acknowledgment of a project’s quality, professionalism, and innovation.
