BGV Development was named the winner in the “New Name in the Development Market” category at the all-Ukrainian architectural and development competition Creator of the Year — the leading event for Ukraine’s construction industry. This year’s competition attracted over 600 projects from top investors, architectural firms, developers, and major companies shaping the urban landscape of modern Ukraine.
Founded in 2024 as part of the BGV Group Management investment group, BGV Development was created to focus on development initiatives aligned with Ukraine’s priorities for reconstruction and the construction of new residential, commercial, and infrastructure facilities. Among the company’s key projects are the ZHYTO Shopping Center, the Equides Villas cottage town, and the Boston Creative House residential complex. BGV Development’s current portfolio includes 113,000 m² of residential real estate and 58,000 m² of commercial space.
“For our team, this award is not only recognition from the professional community but also a confirmation that modern development must go beyond simply building square meters,” said Maksym Kovalenko, head of BGV Development. “Our goal is to create a cohesive ecosystem where each project fits into a broader strategy for urban development. So far, BGV Development has completed three projects and has four more under construction. In total, we’ve already invested $24 million into projects of various scales.”
