BGV Development, a part of BGV Group Management, continues to implement commercial and residential real estate projects. In December 2025, the company completed construction of a new McDonald’s building in Zhytomyr. BGV Development’s approach to the project ensured full compliance with international standards in architecture, energy efficiency, safety, and engineering. The company also delivered a high-quality preparation of the facility for its subsequent operation.

The building is situated at 93a Pokrovska Street on a 0.26-hectare plot, covering a total area of 469.4 square meters. Construction was completed in approximately six months.

The successful completion of this project demonstrates BGV Development’s expertise in commercial real estate. Since its founding in May 2024, this marks the company’s third project in the Zhytomyr region, carried out with comprehensive support as part of its ongoing efforts to develop high-quality commercial infrastructure across Ukraine. For Zhytomyr, this also signals growth in the local development market and the creation of new investment opportunities in urban infrastructure.

It should be noted that one of BGV Development’s landmark projects was the Zhyto Shopping Center, a retail park spanning nearly 4,000 square meters and attracting around 120,000 visitors. The company also built an ATB supermarket in the village of Sadky, Zhytomyr region. Additionally, in August 2025, the company expanded its investment portfolio by acquiring the building of Zhytomyr’s “TSUM” [Central Department Store – ed.].
